Ribbon Inc. (“Ribbon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides text messaging services on behalf of our business customers, including hiring organizations and recruitment agencies.
The program supports communications about recruiting and employment opportunities. Messages may include outreach about available roles, requests to discuss your interest or availability, interview invitations, scheduling, reminders, application updates, and recruiting follow-ups.
The program may serve both job applicants and prospective candidates identified through recruiting or sourcing activities. You do not need to have submitted an application or participated in an interview for a communication to fall within the scope of this program.
Messages identify the hiring organization and Ribbon as the sender (for example, "Acme (via Ribbon)").
Consent to receive text messages is separate from applying for a job or participating in an interview. Any opt-in applies to the sender and message types described when consent is requested.
Identifying a candidate through sourcing, obtaining a phone number, or publishing these terms does not itself establish consent to receive text messages. Any consent required by applicable law and messaging-provider rules must be obtained before messages are sent.
You may receive a one-time text asking you to opt in. Replying YES enrolls you in messages from Ribbon. If you do not reply, no further messages will be sent.
Message frequency varies depending on the recruiting activity and your interactions with the hiring organization.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your charges.
Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, share, transfer, or use your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
